  • You can place a custom order by either filling out the inquiry form on our website or emailing us with your ideas, inspiration, and event details, and we’ll begin the design process with you. All custom cakes start at a minimum of $120, custom cupcakes start at $80, and custom cookies start at $75.

  • We require at least 3 weeks’ notice for all custom orders to ensure availability and proper planning in our production schedule. However, don’t hesitate to reach out sooner—last-minute availability may occasionally open up depending on our calendar.

  • We primarily recommend placing orders in advance, but we may occasionally accept last-minute requests depending on availability. Feel free to reach out and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your timeline.

  • All custom orders must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your date. This ensures your order is confirmed and allows us to begin planning and preparing your custom design without delay.

  • Absolutely! You can send inspiration photos or ideas when submitting your inquiry so we can understand your vision and create something uniquely tailored to your event. We’ll use them as guidance to design a custom piece that reflects your style while staying true to our craft.

  • Absolutely! We can make any cake vegan, gluten free, and/or nut free. Please let us know at the time of order so we can ensure your order is prepared safely. *All orders are prepared in the same kitchen so, while we are very careful, there is a chance of cross contamination.

  • Yes, we offer custom wedding cakes and desserts for events of all sizes, each designed to match your vision and celebration style.

  • Bulk pricing may be available depending on the size and scope of your order—please reach out with details so we can provide a custom quote.

  • We recommend placing large event orders at least 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow proper time for planning and production.

  • Yes, every order is made fresh from scratch.

  • Licensed NYC commissary kitchen

  • Occasionally we offer flash sales when we are testing new flavors/products. However, the majority of our products are made to order.

  • Yes, however, we operate out of a NYC licensed commisary kitchen so we only offer pick up on Fridays between 12pm and 2pm. Otherwise, orders are delivered.

  • Please arrive within your scheduled pickup or delivery window, as timing is carefully coordinated around our production schedule and commissary kitchen access. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate, though extended delays may require rescheduling or additional fees.

  • All orders need to be paid at the time of ordering and we accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.

  • Changes after booking may be accommodated depending on our schedule and the stage of production. Additional charges may apply for design changes, flavor changes, rush adjustments, or added details requested after your order has been confirmed.

  • Each monthly box includes a curated selection of seasonal cookies, a signature cake mix, exclusive recipe cards, and a surprise gift designed to bring a little extra sweetness to your month. Active subscribers also receive 15% off all custom cake, cookie, and cupcake orders while enrolled in the program. You will receive a discount code valid for that month that you can redeem on our website.

  • Subscription boxes ship once per month during a scheduled shipping window, and tracking information will be provided once your box is on its way.

  • Yes! Subscriptions can be canceled or skipped at any time before the next billing cycle begins.

  • Shipping is included in the subscription price unless otherwise noted for specialty or limited-edition boxes.

  • Our cakes are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup or delivery for optimal freshness and texture. They should be stored in the refrigerator and brought to room temperature before serving for the best taste experience.

  • While we take care to follow strict cleanliness practices in our licensed commissary kitchen, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and gluten.

  • We currently offer delivery within New York City, with limited service to select areas of New Jersey and Westchester depending on availability. Delivery outside these areas may be possible on a case-by-case basis for larger orders and special events

  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours during business days. Please note that response times may be slightly longer during peak periods, but we appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as possible.
